Eye Care Plus in Alexandra Hills, Brisbane has a part-time or full-time optometrist’s position. Eye Care Plus Optometrists are a selected group of independently owned  and clinically driven optometry practices across Australia. We have have won for 3 years in a row, the 5 Star CANSTAR rating for outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on putting our patients first and exceeding patient expectations. Aphrodite Livanes has  been in this same location serving our patients for 34 years and has seen many generations of the same families come through for their eye exams.

About the role

• We are looking for a friendly, motivated person, dedicated to providing high quality clinical care
• Pretesting for the patient is done by our excellently trained Optical staff
• The position is full time or part time
• You will be well supported and continuing education encouraged and an allowance for this in your wage package

You will need to have these qualities:

• The capability of being a team player and an outgoing friendly personality with excellent customer service.
• Have some  optometry experience and have an understanding of the day to day running of an optometry practice.
• A willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoy building patient relationships and working as part of a friendly team
