About the Role
- Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser or Assistant.
- Willingness to learn and pitch ideas in team meetings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – talking with patients & team members
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Handle optical tools and equipment.
- Outstanding customer service and retail experience.
- Knowledge of different types of lenses, frames, and coatings.
